For the ESP Paris Challenge, all 300 students of the mastère 2, including myself, worked in teams of 6 to 8 members to develop the next communication campaign of Shelterbox.

ShelterBox is a charity organisation that helps families affected by conflict or natural disasters. Through ShelterBoxes and ShelterKits, they provide emergency shelter and tools to start rebuilding homes.

ShelterBoxes are green boxes that have a tent for a family, while the ShelterKits are the main tools families need to start fixing and rebuilding their homes.

The process

To begin, we conducted research on the charity and its target audience. We then brainstormed ideas for our campaign and developed a plan for executing our ideas within the limited timeframe. Our plan included creating a social media strategy, designing posters and flyers, and organising a fundraising event.

Over these 4 days, we worked to bring our campaign to life. We collaborated closely as a team, each member taking on a specific role and contributing their skills and expertise. We also sought feedback from our coaches, making adjustments to our campaign as needed.

The outcome

In the end, we delivered a high-quality campaign that was well-received, impressed the judges, and won the competition.
